Chicks are very much inlove with VW. I mean offering a flower holder is a sure way to get that female market on your side. The only non chick VW is the R32 and that includes the A8 Wanna be or that fugly looking SUV they got. Im not even going to comment on the Jetta...

There is nothing about a VW that slaps me in the face and says "wow I've got to go out and buy one". They've always been a good choice for first cars to most, but with so much increase in competition from other companies such as Honda and Scion thier main market has been slimming.
Very sad what is happeneing with that brand.

To be honest, I do know one male who does use the flower holder in his VW. And as far as the only " non-chick " VW being the R32, I'd say that the $80,000-$100,000 Phaeton would appeal to anyone with money.....male or female. Unfortunately, the public in general (male and female) just has not caught on to what a bargain the Phaeton V12 is, compared to the BMW amd Mercedes V12's....both of which cost well over $100,000.
