Default 5th Gear BMW M5 Drive

Enjoy

If I had to have 1 car as my only car.... .

I'm 17 though, don't think I can afford this just yet (if ever)

interesting guy...

hahah he said that the M5 weighs only 16,000 pounds... hahahaha... or am i missing something?

i like the M5 but i think i'd rather have the M6, or E55 AMG...

he said that he only drove the car for 100 miles or so and he's already driving the car like that... he didn't even break it in properly... he's going to run into some problems in another 1000 miles or so... especially with a first model M5.

He says nothing about how much it weighs, other than when he's pulling around the corner and says "You've got to remember, that this is a big heavy car on the corners."

The only reference to pounds he makes, is the fact that it cost 62,000 (british) pounds. He says this twice, perhaps you misheard 62 for 16.

You should' ve let this one go, TSXtacy isn't registered here until June 19/2005 So it's entirely understandable.

it's called the press demonstrator model, and it's Tiff Needell, former pro racing driver, former Top Gear presenter (back in the 80s-90s)

woe to the fellow who might actually purchase this car at a ridiculous discount.

is it true that the new V10 has had problems and they haulted production? I read that here somewhere. coincidently, did you notice when he talks about how the car ticks and sounds weird at start up?

well, i don't know much about pro racers and top gear and stuff but thanks for the info..

i know that the M5 is the demonstration model but the point is, driving the car like that only shows what it's capable of in the short life span that the M5 will have... unless BMW completely surprises me and the car lasts a long time without problems, but i highly doubt that that will happen...

don't get me wrong, I love bimmers and i love the M3 and the M5.
