So this is the truck that GM said will save the company. I must admit that it looks so much better tha nthe current car, but with gas prices on the up and up, will it be the lifesaver that GM hopes and wishes for??

First time im seeing it...


Just an observation thats probably been made before, but from driver door back, it looks like an Escalade. The side profile anyway.

Damn. I havent noticed previous threads with these same pics. Maybe I missed them. Or maybe you mean that the new model looks so similar to the current that it might as well be a repost.

I like it too, and yes the back does look like a Mini van I guess because of the long tail gate and short bumper. That Escalade looks like it has been trimmed down a tad doesn't look so tall.

 

I think the rear end looks more like an Escalade if you ask me...Ever notice in the front of a Tahoe that one running light is always burned out I wonder if they will fix that?

 

The back looks like a mini-van on both but the front of that Tahoe is very well done!

 

I agree. The front-end of the Tahoe is very agressive looking. I like the headlights.

Any idea when these vehicles will be available?? I assume that the 2006 Tahoe, etc. will be unchanged from the 2005's??
