Update:
I'm getting it fixed at the dealer. We got a guy that does amazing work and he's going to sand it and paint so it looks new. It's only $100, cheap for a repaint, but I could have used the money to get a new pair of shoes! 
Darn crappy drivers.....those rat bastages.
