If you think street racing is a good thing, you are a moron.

Well....street racing is not illegal for NOTHING. Do it enough and you're GOING to crash sooner or later. The odds are very high.

Using your line of arguement.......that's like saying it's OK to fudge-pack your way through a San Francisco bar without a condom or shoot up every day with shared drug needles and then saying it's not OK to get AIDS.

I see your point and its a good one at that, but its flawed, drive enough period and youre going to crash... or be crashed into.

Now granted high speed street racing in in heavy traffic areas obviously increase the risks dramatically...

No, you are not guaranteed to crash but the chances are quite high....the teenage and street-racing casualty figures prove that. We lose on the average about 5-6 teenagers a week from that nonsense just here in the D.C. area. One of the worst accidents was just a few blocks from my house....a new GTO was destroyed, hitting a tree, drag-racing.......what ELSE?.......a Mustang V8, the street racer's favorite.
