600 is pretty much the norm for any decent sized Single Turbo'd Supra. 800 is about average now and the big hitters have 1000-1500. I can tell you that going from a NA car to 800+ hp turbo Supra is quite the experiance

While 800hp is pretty impressive, its not something to freak out about either... sure if it was my car making that much power I'd be ecstatic...
but I've got about 10-12 dyno videos of Supras dynoing OVER 1000rwhp including Marko's supra that did 1520 through a TH400 tranny

I'd consider a medium framed turbo a decent size... the turbos only yielding 600hp are not considered "decent size" anymore

the days of the T78 and other ridiculously laggy turbos (like the HKS variants GT2835R twins, T51R, etc) are long gone (and good riddance)

1520whp by Marko's stock-looking white supra... has a GT46 variant turbo on it... 6" intake and 5" exhaust... did it through a Chevy TH400 auto 3 speed with an average powertrain loss of 24-26% (vs 15% for the V160 and 20% for the A340E)
Thats right around 1900-2000hp at the crank

i just crapped my pants. now i know your ride won't be anything close to that, but sounds like it'll still be "above average". lol

I completely disagree with you, you definitively need more school!
