Guys.. Why all the hate?...
Regardless of the badge.. You are all driving Toyota's... I had a Lexus.. But after all the years I owned it, it was just a Toyota, and ended up breaking down like one..
Anyone can own a Lexus.. But not many of us have the Toyota Verossa!.. Considering it was only released here in Japan, and for not very long either...

Welcome to the board, Samurai74. Your car is very different, for sure, from what we are used to. I'm guessing it is fairly rare in Japan, in my visits there I have not seen that car.

True. Don't see many around. Not in the champaign colour, and wood, three trim interior...
I also changed the front badge, as I wasn't big on the crown thingy badge it originally comes with...

I must say, that stock standard, the Verossa has a grandma feel but I have lowered it a tad, added wheels, and although this next pic has the original grill badge, changed it to a basic Toyota one...
In its own defense. I think the fact that it wasn't popular and not many are on the road. It will hold a look that will look modern for a few more years.. People say. Nice new car, and are surprised that it is actually an old model, although mine is only a few years old..
Here in Japan, I was about the only person in my city that drove an actual Lexus. And then when Lexus started opening up show rooms here, all you see now are Lexus' on the road.. It kinda broke the mystic about the brand somewhat.. Its IS's, LS's, GS's, Crowns, and Mark X's everywhere... Oh, and it wasn't the Verossa they replaced the Chaser/ Mark-I-II family with. It was the Toyota Mark X.....
I am not worried if people think the Verossa is ugly.. Its unique, and why I went with it..
