wow... it's nice to see FoMoCo is finally setting some automotive records... but I'm not sure this is what they wanted.

good point... if that's how Job 1 is working out... I'd hate to see what's going on with Job #127

Doesn't surprise me. I've owned a Ford...once....that was all the experience I needed to stay away forever. A 2000 Expedition that broke down 1 week after leaving dealer lot, left my wife and kids tranded looking for help. Bad alternator, they fix it and it happens again, then again.

More like, "Built Ford Junk."

I gotta say, even though everyone is recalling something these days (GM, Ford, Toyota, Acura, etc), GM and Ford stick out over everyone else.

I have had several Fords before too. Nothing but junk all around. I do give them props because my Ford managed to break 90k miles before it went out, unlike my 2 Chevy's

Cars spontaneously bursting into flames? I don't think this is Ford's fault. It's an act of God

Sigh.....

Honestly now, how often do we hear of American cars going down the crapper and being recalled? Yeah you get what you pay for, but look at how Hyundai managed to turn their public image around. I hope that FoMoCo and GM can do the same, soon. If not, then the Gov't needs to expect an I.O.U. request just like Chrysler did way-back-when
