Lightbulb Lexus Loaners, which one for u?

Hmm, I know it was very are to have an IS 300 loaner but I really wonder if Lexus will offer IS 250 loaners as well as ES and RX's currently.

Your thoughts? And which one would u go with?

Unfortunatley the bastard at my Lexus dealer told me "You'd have to be the President to get a new car loaner" on the phone. But oddly enough last time i took it for service (Timing belt and water pump) they gave me a brand new RX330. It had a total of 15 miles on the Odo when they gave it to me. When i took it back on the other hand... 1515! (odd coincidence, didnt plan it)

is250 would be nice, but i wonder if that will happen, consider i think i have only had is300 loaner ONCE in my lexus ownership so far

and personally between the ES and RX i choose the RX

GS300???!! I never knew they used GS300 as a loaner...never heard of that! I would love to have a GS as a loaner.

I voted for the IS because, as Magneto said, it is the new hotness!!! But alas, I never take my car to the stealership anyway so it really is a moot point for me!

Plus, I don't really know how much I would want DiFeo Lexus to work on my car. No personal experiences but have heard some stories.

I had both ES330 & RX330 as loaners. No local Lexus dealers here use IS300 as loaners as far as I know. I doubt they'll use the IS250 . . .

Yep, definitely the brand new hotness.

Really?? When I worked at Volvo of Bridgewater on Rt.22 for awhile(during winter breaks from school and such), our service managers girlfriend worked for DiFeo in service as well. She always talked about how great the service is and such(well she better as she was pretty high up in the rankings, some sort of manager or something). Never heard of a lot of bad things coming out of there. But if there is, its definitely a concern for me considering that its basically the only Lexus dealer in our area. But I too dont take the Lexus there. I have a friend that loves to work on cars and hes really really good at what he does.

Well, like I said, no personal experiences, other than picking up a part (only a fuel filter since Autoland doens't stock those). But the stories were the "I heard from a friend who told his cousin"...........Blah, blah, you know the rest. Since I do all my own work (so far), I haven't even had the need for them. If I'm in a bind though, I may give in. The stories I did hear were usually of the vein that "My car got fixed but it cost like $3000 to get there". I'll ask my neighbor (who is a parts manager at Autoland) if he knows any "inner" details to their service area. I'll let you know.
