personally, i'd like to see the stig take it around the TG test track. that'd be hot.
lol...they probably would. Not much props for the Z06, I expect the same for this model.

I'd rock it. Thats a damn nice car. And I cant believe I'm saying this, but I almost like that interior. LOL one thing I will never understand about GM is why they design such huge steering wheels. Look at that thing. Looks like it was lifted off of a Mack truck and put on a sports car.

I bet that thing MELTS tires OMG!!

Don't care for the hood scoop but I guess its at least functional.

I would be happy with just a new Z06.

Even though they dog the Vette on TG, it still turned in one of the best times on their track board. They are pretty biaed against the Yanks (so am I and I am an American!) but with the fresh new designs coming out of Detroit (Solstice, Vette, PT Cruiser, G6, Sky) they are doing a better job with design.

I pray Top Gear tests the Z06 all out so they can just shut the hell up and realize great cars don't have to be from Modena or cost $200k. TG is entertaining but I don't take it seriously at all.

More like bigger wheels. Outside of the wheel gap, it looks like a drop would set it on the ground, or at the very least make it completely undriveable.

Also, consider that the exotics from Modena spend more in the shop than out.....even more than Corvettes themselves.

Realistically speaking, whomsoever can afford this car ($86K + plus base Corvette), reliability will be the least of their concerns.

Such a person will have several other cars and the issue of "reliability" will not even figure into the equation. I know that if I could afford even a base Corvette, "reliability" would certainly not sway my decision.

This car is only about performance! PERIOD!

Now I need to go out and buy some lottery tickets so that I can get one!

No, you need to buy some WINNING lottery tickets to get one. Otherwise you are just wasting money and making youself even less able to by one.

Yes and no. I have seen it both ways. Some people with money still want a reliable car....and some, like you say, don't care.
