Nissan Titan suprisingly earns best model satisfaction. Interesting.

They must not have surveyed any of the Titan owners I know.

Isn't this the same company that always gets bashed on the boards for having surveys that contradict other well established organizations? I could be wrong, but it seems familiar.

No surprises - Lexus is tops. the Titan is a bit of a surprise, Nissan quality, especially it's US built vehicles has just been awful. After the terrible launches of the Titan and the Armada (mainly interior fit and finish problems), Nissan sent a large team of engineers from Japan to figure out WTF was going on.... Then they posted a bunch of picture boards inside the plants so that the poorly educated employees could get the cars together properly! This is disturbing, funny, and true. Toyota used this as a reason to build the next big plant in Ontario (Woodstock) because they felt Canada offered a better (educated/ trained) employee base for their NA operations....

Maybe, maybe not. More people in Ontario may be college graduates than in MS, but you don't learn to assemble a vehicle in a classroom. And...unlike the past, much of today's work assembling vehicles comes from operating robots.

I'm not making this up - This was a comment directly from Toyota citing why they are putting the plant in Canada. You don't learn how to assemble vehicles in a classroom, but you do learn to read in one... Illiteracy was listed as one of the key reasons that the US Nissan plant was performing poorly, hence the need for picture boards.

Go Lexus. Their cars are definitely extraordinary. Can't get better than a Lexus for your money in it's class.
