Yes it has, I like the car a lot more now than when I first saw it on pics when it was unveiled, but not in love with it.
Sedans usually won't get me real exited . . .

Not really. It is a nice car and I do like it a little better than when it first came out, it is definitely not a must have for me. I do think it looks very sleek in black. The only things that draws me to the car are the upgrades (interior features, upcoming engines, ...).

I prefer my 2GS. I can't even compare the two body styles as they look like different cars. There are people who never liked the 2GS and I am OK with that too.

I really do like the GS. I like the fact that I don't see them that often either, unlike the new 5 series which are all over the place. I still have yet to see a black one!

I still have the same feeling of disapointment though that began with the car's auto show debut. There is not a single thing wrong with it, but it seems to be lacking that "something" to make it truly special. I wish Lexus would have put the Nightview system or a new kind of interior trim (piano black wood !). Something. That said, it is still is a really great car that poops on most of the competition.

yup. The 2GS stock does look quite dated now against a 3GS but the 3GS to me still looks too bloated and heavy. It's amazing they could make a car that LOOKS like it has little ground clearance yet it still has wheel gaps as big as an RX.

I think one thing that might improve the 3GS would be some dividing trim on the doors which are smooth with high beltline.

In fairness to the 3GS over the 2GS, in stock setup it does handle better, it sounds better, and it has a lot of nice gadgets. I really don't like how tiny the 3GS trunk opening is though.

So I doubt a 3GS is in my future either.

Looks like they got it right on the IS though which I think is a much better design. I saw it written somewhere else on here that the 2IS might steal sales from the 3GS and I wouldn't be surprised!

the short answer is no. the gs hasn't done anything on me yet, same to the new IS. they are nice cars, i am ok with them, but not enough for me to own them. nothing like the new LS

The new GS is nice but I still prefer the looks of the 2GS. The 2GS looks sportier and more proportioned.

not really.

the car needs 20s and to be lowered but they should have done a much better job on that car.
