I'll tell you what... the whole UAE area has a disgusting amount of money and so wrecking the car is like throwing away a paper towel almost. Crazy money...
There are quite a few videos like that floating around. There is one where a guy does that to a 2001 Discovery and then looses it and dumps it straight into a crowd of onlookers and their Mercedes. It was a huge mess, but funny...

Some people in KSA have quite some skill when it comes to stunts.
Not really...its primarily Dubai where all the higher class people tend to live. But then again its pretty much the business capital of the Middle East.

The dude pops it onto 2 wheels at 70!!! What more do you want from him, like getting it on 2 wheels and jump through a flaming hoop?
As XeroK00L pointed out, getting a car on 2 wheels at that speed must have taken a lot of trial and error. I'd guess the trial was at MUCH slower speeds.
