Yeah a Gremlin would be fun to own in 2006. I had no idea those things had V8.

I spent most of high school lusting after a 1989-1995 Ford Taurus SHO.

It's not the crappiest thing in the world, I know, but I really desired no other car. You could have handed me the keys to a LS400 back then and I would have sold it and bought one of these.

I was also over the moon about the LS400 when they first came out. It was probably my favorite car in the world in 1990.

I wanted one of these at one time or another

This was of course before I found out that American cars were just, for the most part, POS

LOL - you can almost see the rust forming on the lower part of the door panels even in this marketing photo!

I'm reminded of something John Candy said in Uncle Buck:

"If the point of the game were to get the ball (bowling ball) as close to the pins as possible without knocking any of them over, you'd be a champion."

That goes for GM.

How about this?
The tv screens, that airplane steering wheel, that turbo booster!
Well, the closest back then was a trans-am. Was/is it a POS???

Hey, this one created the cross-over segment, not the RX

I wonder how many of those trans ams Universal Studios went through due to it solely being an unreliable car from the factory.
