I know I mentioned it once, but here's my formal intro. I figured since nothing ever breaks on my Lexus I needed something to work on You know.... give the tools their first use Show them what it's like to fix something

So I bought this:
(see why a non Lexus owner previously owned the car - spot the stupidity and win ......... nothing)

Nice! I'm a big fan of the L-98 tuned-port motors. Madd torque monsters for real. I used to have a 91' Trans Am WS-6 with the same motor. They make alot of stuff for the L-98 engines. Just on bolt-ons alone you'll be available to get that "seat-off the pants feeling". Happy modding

Factory with 348 ft. lbs. No doubt they are good in that department

My SC400 = 210 ft. lbs.

Well, you bought it.......congragulations. You've been talking about that red ' Vette and posting pictures of it for days now....and even doing polls on it, like the trim color.

Runs very good. Not much to tell, just a toy. As seize said, it's V-8 V/S my Lexus V-8 has 140 more ft lb of torque which is over half the Lexus torque doubled into the Vette engine........... basically it's fun to drive.

Yes.......well-cared-for Lexuses are virtually bulletproof...but have a Toyota or Lexus technician in the service bay show you what happens to the inside of the 3.0 V6 in the Camry / ES300 / RX300 / Highlander when people don't change the oil diligently on these engines. I've seen a number of examples of it...it is not a pretty sight.

It's a different kind of Chevy........the one you can actually enjoy ! Congrats OLT
My first experience with a vette is just sliding down my hand the metal door slot/opener? on the stingray.

Except the shop mounted the tires on the wrong rims.
