BTW everyone, this is not reliability but csr satisfaction

I think it is good for Lexus to slide a bit every now and then in these rankings. Even those that are the best at what they do need to get that "fire in under their butt" from time to time to avoid becoming complacent.
Side note: Anyone seen one of those new Jaguar XJ Portfolio editions in person yet? The pictures alone are beautiful.

Congrats to Lexus for making it to the top of the list again(2nd place is still damn good)
Bur an evewn bigger congrats to Jaguar for taking the Number One spot. After I saw the Quality results of Jaguar this year with its I believe second place in the JD Power study as well, I knew they were moving on to bigger things. Finally a European comapny that can almost rival Lexus in the Qaulity survery.(okay they got a little ways to go, but they improved a lot this past year or two compared to the other Euro brands.)

A new pickup...a rebadged Chevy Colorado......is coming soon to Isuzu showrooms and may help pick up the company's fortunes a little, but it still is not a real Isuzu product.

I began to think about what you wrote mmarshall and came up with this conclusion:
I HAVE NEVER SEEN AN ISUZU DEALERSHIP IN MY LIFE

Maybe I'm offering an excuse to Lexus (not that it needs an excuse to be one point behind the leader) and Toyota dealers, but sales for these 2 brands has exceeded most other brands. I suspect that the dealers are playing "catch-up" trying to hire sales reps and expand facilities to keep up with the volume. Whereas Jaguar's sales are continuing to bottom out, probably allowing one sales rep per customer and one service tech per car
