I usually just get closer to their bumper if they have room to move right. If that doesn't work I often pass on the right, no matter how bad it is... lol

I prefer just to pass them without doing any flashing, honking, etc. I just pass them and give them a dirty look. Once I pass, depending on how long I had to sit behind them, I may or may not, slow down in front of them just so they feel a little aggrevation too.
