OMG!!! That was a serious accident. Cant believe the car just exploded like that. Crazy. I have my subwoofer turned on and man, that explosion sounded like a bomb going off. Nutty.

Glad he survived. I'm surprised he even got half way up. Doesnt look like he broke anything as well.

I thought there's been a few threads about it -- the driver of that F-car actually filed a suit against the race organizers and track for negligence... it took them an inordinate amount of time to respond... he was severely burned & disabled for life IIRC.

why not keep him on the ground with the neck brace ON? Instead they take it off and let him flop around, good way to be paralyzed.
