91 Honda Civic Hatchback - Red: fun around town. Phenomenal reliability. Sold for $1000 less than I paid new after 4 years of driving.
93 Toyota Camry - Blue: all the car anyone ever really needs, but there's more to life than logic and practicality.
03 Toyota 4Runner - Galactic Grey: my current ride. Love the ruggedness. I can beat the cr*p out of this car and never worry about anything. It's also got a decent ride quality and perfect amount of space for family and gear.
Next: looking for a new family truckster as well as a sporty fun car. Interested in a Lexus 7 passenger CUV and the next generation IS F or 4GS
I would like to be more like some of you guys who change cars every couple of years.

Driver School Candidate
My first car was a 1960 Bonneville Pontiac, which was five years old when I bought it just after I got out of the Army.. My first NEW car was my next one, a red 1965 Ford Mustang for which I paid a huge $2,500. Then came the following, to the best of my recollection: Plymouth Belvedere, Ford LTD, Chevrolet Caprice, Ford LTD again, Ford Pinto (ouch), VW Carmen Ghia, Mazda wagon (rotary engine), Mercury Colony Park Wagon, Datsun 280ZX, Ford Sports Utility, Cadillac Deville, Mazda 929, Lincoln Continental, Cadillac Deville again, Chevy Blazer, Porsche 944S, Mercedes S320, Lexus RX300, Lexus RX 330, Lexus RX 350. And this doesn't count the three cars I bought for my kids. So let's see, I guess I have bought a total of 22 cars for me and/or my wife during my 68 years of life. Nineteen of them were bought new. The cars that hold the fondest memories are the Mustang, the Datsun Z, the Mazda 929, the second Cadillac, the Porsche and all 3 of the Lexuses. The worst of the lot was the old Mazda wagon with the faulty rotary engine. The most disappointing was the Mercedes, which had all kinds of things go wrong with it.. It was also my most expensive car, oddly enough.
