yea thats what I hear as well(this model to be rumored to be a M-coupe). It looks good, but not really impressed design wise. Im sure Infiniti wont disappoint with the performance.

Yes judging from these pics, this new one seem more suitable for a convertible than the current G35 coupe. I won't want a ragtop though.
All photoshops of a convertible version of the current G35 coupe never look too good.. . .

I' ve just looked at more pics of the car again, & the front end has grown on me.
At first I thought the car is a little too curvy & doesn't look as muscular as the current one. It has a slightly different flavour but I like it more now, I still don't like the tail lights though.
The interior looks very nice, simple & elegant, yet sporty.

here's my take as to what is going to happen to the infiniti line with the release of this vehicle. i believe this will be the g coupe since in 2007 they said it will be a subtle revolutionary change. There will be 2 varities of the g coupe (g35,g40). there will be no need for a m35,m45 coupe because its competing with the likes of the 5 series and gs series, which either of them do not have a coupe line. the g40 will adapt a new engine which will supposedly derive from the supposed 400z, while the g35 mite just get an increase of 20 hp to bring it to 300 or so, and the g40 will get a 350 hp engine.

My guesses:
G30: 3.0L 260 hp V6 ($31,000 Sedan; $32,500 Coupe)
G35: 3.7L 330 hp V6 ($34,000 Sedan; $35,500 Coupe)
And about 2 years later:
G50: 4.8L 390 hp V8 ($41,000 Sedan; $42,500 Coupe)
