Ok so its almost a month now since I bought my CPO. the 16th which is monday to be exact. My temp tag expires on Sunday. In the month I have owned my car I have not recieved either the new tag or the payment instructions I need for the car to make a payment. I figure I would call them on monday but its martin luther king day and I doubt they are going to be working. I called the lexus financial service number, since I got my financing through them. I go to the automated account information thing since no one is working. I enter my social security number along with my zip code which they ask for and they tell me I dont have an account with them (the automated person tells me that). So now I am thinking to myself what do I do? I dont want to be late since my payment is due on the 16th but am I screwed or what? or did they just give me a car

Processing takes time. I just received plates for my 2006 Fusion-3 months later! Also the payment is still expected to be in on time even if you do not receive the payment book. Call tuesday and pay via phone to a rep. Keep you credit clean.

don't worry.. there is a grace period for the payment... my payments are due on the 26 of each month but, for example it says, "A late charge of $ 32.02 will be assessed if your payment is not received by 2/06/2006."
