A lot of improvements over the current, but the dash looks a little messy . . .

Can't wait to see the double cab version.

Looks like I'm going to have to trade in my 05 Tundra now. And who dares says that Toyota trucks are underpowered now?

Like the exterior, dislike the interior. This may be the first time that I'd pick a Ford interior (F150) over a Toyota interior in terms of design.

I'm sure they'll sell tons of these, seeing as how it is no longer a 7/8th truck anymore and it's got 3 engine variations from the get go.

It has a shot at displacing the Sienna as the 3rd best selling Toyota model, after the Camry and Corolla.

they can build as many as Corolla's... with both plants fully operational, they will have some 350,000 units ability...

what i like the most about this truck - and I dont dig trucks at all, would never ever ever ever ever buy one - is that its interior features are leaving nothing behind.

ot: actually tacoma still outsells sienna's (12,410 vs. 11,774), with present tundras close behind 9,459.

i've searched around the web and there isn't much press on it from the usual channels: TCC, Edmunds which is kind of disappointing for such a big launch that could have a resounding effect throughout the industry.

I was referring to 2005 sales. Monthly sales are too variable.

Interior is nuts, very different, like the Civic si. Not sure I am a huge fan, I do prefer the classy F-150.

Exterior, IMO, is a HIT!! That is one tough looking truck and unlike anything we have seen, in a GOOD way.

I can't wait to hear the power numbers for the new V-8.

You are right. I mistook 2004 for 2005.

The more I see the front grill the more i like it. Although it has some hints of the Dodge RAM, it seems clearly to mimic the new Toyota Trucks T logo to distinguish itself.

I have read it now on several forums how it looks like RAM. It looks nothing similar to RAM, except that it is an truck.
