The L-Finesse grille works surprisingly well with the ES lights...I think the New ES will come close to the first sketch. By putting the L-logo on the grille, it looks more aggressive for some reason.

Yeah, if the spyshot is any indication, the logo will be in the grille indeed.

It's a bit controversial to me, the logo being there...I hope the grille is more LS-like, not GS/IS sporty, as that would dilute that image a bit. Remember when the ES was an 'executive sport sedan'? With the 4ES, it became an executive sedan, emphasis on luxury. Curves throughout.

Yet it seemed the 'aggressive' lights were now there for a more flared luxury look. Interesting metamorphosis.
I hope the logo on grillle is more Benz like for the ES

Based on the spy shots, I actually think it's going to look somewhat similar to the previous gen IS

I mean, if it makes you feel better, I could pull a few pages out of my sketchbook, but linguists would probably try to read it thinking it's some form of heiroglyphics instead of an actual drawing
