and mike, maybe it's not an mistake, who knows. for example, on the new is250? auto is actually yielding better gas mileage than the manual. i personally really think the auto these days are getting much much better

I don't really fully understand people's big fuss about driving stick in heavy traffic here, one can get used to it & you will hardly even be aware that you're shifting.
People in Europe & Asia predominantly drive manual & in heavy traffic just as bad in large cities. All buses & most taxi's are manual there too. Some professional drivers told me they can almost fall asleep on wheels in heavy traffic when they're tired after hours of driving & can somehow know how to shift while half asleep, so how bad can it be ? LOL
