Considering that the competition is twice the price, and the fact that there are hardcore Corvette enthusiasts eager to drop such $$$, I think it's possible.

However, with the economy, I highly doubt it...

I like the colors and the rims are hot everything else looks ugly. If a stock Z06 Can run 72mph in 1st gear i wonder what this will due.

I still remain skeptical. I agree it has a bigger market than the Ford GT, but unless the sales/year is artificially inflated by an even more limited run than the GT I simply don't see it achieving that number.


If the markup is anything like the Ford GT, it'll be a lot more than 50k markup.

The problem with the Viper is its 620 HP numbers is bearly enough to SLIGHTLY outperform a 500 HP Z06. As of now, Dodge isn't touching this ZR1 until they release a higher model than the base Viper SRT10. This ZR1 is a step above the Z06, just as the Z06 is a step above the base C6.

+1 and I think other parts of the car look gimmicky as well although maybe they are there for aerodynamics?
