What year did the CPO program start. And which dealership did they film the national commercial at?

I'm going to guess, is it 1994? And are you talking about that 30 minute "informercial" they showed for awhile back then?

Ok, this one is really tough. In the Pizzeria Uno Chicago bar and grill restaurants, there is a large photo of traffic in downtown chicago on the front of the menu... and there is one lexus easily visibly in this picture... what model is it?

sad how the biggest volume dealer of lexus throws out all kinda of crap when selling a lexus. IE we charge a couple grand more because our service department is nice.

Dont know who designed it but the name alexis was brought up then changed to lexis becuase that was a character on dynasty so the a was dropped then changed to lexus because it sounded more technical.

Actually Hunter Communications, designed the "L" logo and also presented the name to Toyota management. Lexus was born of the "LE" on the automaker's luxury edition vehicles, which created the acronym "Luxury Edition for the United States" or "LEUS" with the "x" from "luxury" added to form "LEXUS.

Oh man... there are officially a million different stories of the name and logo's origin now. It depends greatly on what lexus book you want to read.

Name the special guest voice over on a previous ES commercial. Name the person and the year the commercial was aired.
