www.dodge-hornet.com says its gonna be based on the VW Polo

and built late 2007 in Mexico.

At some 700 lbs. over the Scion's curb weight and a 1.6L blown 4, with only 165 lb.-ft. (@ 4000 rpm), this thing's going to be a BEAR to launch.
