In my area I'm so use to seeing cars like that park in front of estates, looks somewhat out of place there (track home community). Anywho very nice cars he has there thats for sure.

 

Yes, that house (& neighborhood) looks unimpressive, maybe because he put most of his $$$ in those cars LOL

 

I'm sure the neighbors don't mind. In fact If lived next door to him and decided to sell my home I would ask him to pull them out on open house days.

If you read a little later in the posts, his name is Matt Nunez and he is a mortgage broker. These guys have been making serious money for the last several years. As a builder, I'm hoping the that the market stays this good for a few more years and I will be able to pay cash for my new home, 4500 SQFT in an exclusive gated neighborhood.

 

yeah i was about to say that, only 3 car garage, so many cars (and exotics too), and neighborhood not overly impressive. very funny "combo" there i'd say

but regardless, damn..... if he has the enzo and the mur, then it will match up even better someone go tell him, haha

 

Nice collection...the market for homes is going down as we speak, so hopefully the guy is into other business models besides mortgages. The house is probaly in the Laguna/Newport Beach area and probably worth in excess of $2M...if you think that in unimpressive, you would REALLY be unimpressed with my $1+M home...it looks like a tear down next ot that, actually it looks like a tear down next to almost anything and I don't have near the colelction of cars he does...got to give props where they are due

i was reading his post not too long ago and it was 06 NSX instead of 05 NSX that he has now. and i thoguht they dont make 545i for 2006? it's 550i isnt it?

anywho, i am sure he has CGT cz someone on that board said he saw him drivng it on the freeway.

may be he has too many cars and cant keep up with what he has.

Dang 4500 Sq ft thats pretty big, well unless you have a family with about 3-4 kids then it may not seem so huge. My place is only 2900 Sq ft and I'm by myself and it took me little bit to get use to all that living space around me (actually I was quite uncomfortable at first) it only has two bedrooms so you can imagine the allocation of space. 4500 would freak the crap out of me. Personally I would have settled for a 16-1700 sq ft place, that would have been perfect for me, but when my realtor showed me my house I instantly fell in love. Something about the concrete/wood/metal/and glass combo of materials hits my weak spot, I'm a real sucker for that modern contempo stuff. Props to my realtor.
