Clarkson wrote in his column that at speed the car was very twitchy and he didn't dare take it over the speed he did in the clip.
So the car isn't really built (aerodynamicly) for the speed it is capable of.
They said the car will get some improvements to fix this.

yeah the CCX needs a spoiler badly

if they are worried about the look, at least use a rise-up spoiler like on the Carrera GT

the STIG for the very first time in top gear history went off the track in this new koenigsigg, 806 hp and NO REAR SPOILER is a bad idea, there is very little traction at high speeds, recipe for disaster
