lol, my guess is that it's a high speed area with probably 8 lanes that gets jammed into what looks like 2

Yeah that's crazy but then you have the other extreme when people drive mad slow thru the Lincoln/ Holland Tunnels as if they are scared too touch the wall. Its like they become claustrophobic and panic.

You can see a Blue IS300 at 1:07...

Anyway...this happens way too often to be bad driving. What's up with this tunnel? It seems like everybody is losing control-possible sharp turn?

I don't think it is so much tunnels themselves that are the problem with Russian drivers....it is what many of them keep under their seats and in their glove compartments.
