not too sure about that, but from what i also remember from top gear, when they were testing nick mason's enzo, ferrari selects the buyer, not everyone who has the money can pick one up.

Yes, that is correct. I heard the same thing. I believe you had to own at least 2 in your lifetime. However, I'm sure money talks...

You guys also have to remember... the previous owner requirement only extends to the INITIAL purchase from directly from Ferrari. Once that owner sells the car to whomever they sell it to, it's all fair game. If ANY of you have enough doe-ray-me to buy an Enzo, all you have to do is look one up on the Dupont Registry and you can own it!
