Now those are straight copying, and definitely illegal. But car design is different, many many vehicles look alike and you call that copying? To me those two logos are reverse of each other, if a person could be mistaken with them, he/she must be looking in a rear-view mirror. By the way the name of that chinese company is not even close to the name "Lexus", how is that copying? I know many Lexus owners are very proud of what they are driving, but sometimes that pride make them very very stupid.
If you don't see something wrong with basically the EXACT symbol but in reverse, you must not be of age.
Companies spend BILLIONS of dollars creating image that is easily recognizable and stands out. B/C the avg consumer just looks for the sign/symbol and buys whatever product they sell.

Damn that car has more lights than Las Vegas strip. Seriously, look how many headlight + tailight. I guess they need all that for all the smogs in China.
