New Chinese car company uses Lexus-like Logo
As you can see the logo looks just like the Lexus logo except its backwards. Wonder if Lexus will have a problem with this.
Oh the company is Jianghuai (JAC).
Its a cool looking car though.

**SNIFF!** **SNIFF!**
Do you smell that??? Smells like another Chinese rip-off!!!
It almost seems like that they have no shame in the whole world laughing at their "copy-cat" attempt to get into the auto market.

Whoa! Got to believe that Lexus will have a big problem with it!
All they would have to do is show a picture of this new logo as seen in a rearview mirror.
Just tried it, and in a mirror it looks like it is the Lexus logo!!

It is a reverse of Lexus logo with a black background while Lexus's is all empty inside. So you can't really challenge that.....tell you Infiniti's logo is like a elliptic version of Acura's. By the way, I like the styling of this red car.....

This one DESERVES a lawsuit big time. Nothing frivolous about it here. This is copyright infringement, plain and simple.
So far, there is the Chery rip-off of the Altima, and now Honda suing over similar SUV name and design, I have to believe that Lexus should sue the pants off these guys for ripping off their logo.
Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, but only for a second. This is outrageous what they're doing.
And as I begin my rant, I'd like to say that the copyright infringement occurring in China is a serious issue that the rest of the capitalist world needs to deal with. Piracy from DVDs to computer software and to cars. It's a shame that the term "Chinese copy" truly has a basis in fact.

If they are only going to sell their cars in China, then there is nothing Toyota can do. If they decide to sell outside, to say, USA or Europe, then the lawsuits can fly. And I believe their goal is to sell to the US, so... they better change that little logo of theirs.
