No, it doesn't make sense. Go drive a CTS-V or an XLR and then tell us it's a geezer car.
Even the DeVille / DTS itself...the classic senior citizen car........is more BMW-like today than in the past. Almost no one is building softly-sprung floatmobiles any more...not even Buick or Cadillac.

What Cadillac STILL needs to work on, though, despite a bunch of public-relations hype to the contrary, is better build quality....especially their paint jobs. The difference between Cadillac and Lexus, especially, is noticiable.

I have a 2005 CTS, it's not old man car at all.... and the dealership is filled with NBA players and rappers.....

He is saying the image and to me and to the people I talk to, it still have that image. You can't just change your image overnight with some sharp creased cars.

I for one like their turnaround some, but on the other hand, I LIKED the old mans' Caddy and the thought of owning a Caddy when your older.

It simply doesn't ring a bell for me as being a young persons call, V-series cars, Escalade and all.

Personally, I think they should have PERFECTED the old person's market. That market is going to explode in the next 5-10 years.

Not everyone wants 35 series tires and cars to handle like go-karts.
