Audi RS6. Audi's wagon design is, to me, the most pleasing among those in the poll.
I think, though, that my preference would shift towards the E-class wagon if I had a family and needed a little more practicality and sought luxury over performance (or the performance image, more accurately).

Oh RS6. No contest. AWD, argueably the best design inside and out(very muscular) plus has the luxury features that I enjoy. 
Downside is that the RS6 Avant is a Euro only model.

RS6 for me...
Love the E55 and the Cayenne Turbo is sweet, but the combination of good looks, lots of power, AWD justs makes the Audi the obvious choice...and they look off the hook when modded too!
E55 looks too much like the sedan with a big butt, and the cayenne is too blah...anyway...too many people have the cayenne.

i have a sportcross, but i'd trade it (even if it had a turbo etc.) for the RS6 if i could afford it. AWD, more space, and everything is sorted out since it's all factory. the E55 styling doesn't interest me, and i don't really care for porsche's styling (it's the same car over and over and over).

PS I voted for Cayenne Turbo, that think can hold its own and isn't a wagon :P from personal experince i'm never owning a audi again and from the experence of... almost everyone who has a mercedes i'll NEVER own a benz, as for the IS been there done that it'll need alot more then a turbo and bigger brakes to equal the cars its up against.
