Default Yours truly at the 2006 Washington DC Auto Show

Some of you have wondered what I look like. Here are some shots of me at the 2006 Washington, DC Auto Show in January taken by the Dodge / Chrysler camera people.

As you can see, I'm not a young man but I'm not quite Grandpa yet either.

This was at the Chrysler Aspen turntable:

And.......

This was one of the best displays at the show...the Dodge Challenger Concept. Sadly, the new Camaro Concept did not make it down from Detroit along with the Challenger.

I was also interviewed by a GM camera crew at the new Chevy Tahoe / Suburban display but that's a video and I was not given a copy of it.

Finally the mystery is over. Good to see what you'd look like in person. We can put a face with your screen name.

You don't look too different than what I have imagined plus you did gave some descriptions of yourself, your build etc. a few times in the past .

Like I said, these are from late January. I tried to post them before but had problems getting them to stick. Stuff like this is tricky....and I am not a computer whiz.

what a great car... I would have no problems with spending hard earned $$$ on importing it over. As long as it has Hemi with at least start/stop system :-). I dont own any gas stations yet.

MMarshall:

I respect your car knowledge as I've read a lot of your posts and reviews.

I'm very interested in rewarding myself for job well done by getting the Challenger in a couple of years when its supposed to arrive.

Do you have any news on this car? Is it going to be just like the concept or will they dumb it down perfromance and looks wise?

Ted

He....is.... real!

As always I love your reviews. I get a good auto history lesson from you and I love it
I would love to meet you some day.

Now that you mention it, I was kind of hoping that you did get to see the camaro concept b/c a friend of mine is wanting to get one.

So what's in the goody bag that you got there?
