Its official. The Manual Maxima is no more. The 4DSC is officially dead. CVT is the only tranny available. What a way to kill such a halo car for Nissan. Is it safe to say that I have a classic now, one of the true 4DSC's??

Is Nissan trying to compete with GM for the title of designing the ugliest cars??
The Maxima was bad, but this new Altima looks even more horrible inside/out.

i agree, but the interior of the maxima isnt all that bad, a buddy of mines has a fully loaded one with the light colored leather with the wood accents, it look pretty nice in there, but i do agree with you on the exterior of the maxima, its horrible. the exterior of the current altima is alot better that what nissan did with the new one. the camry will have no problem with competing with the altima, at lease in looks
