Vladi you've seen the S4s...
not RS4s...
saw a S4 while getting tires off a busted rim...chilling there with my dad..
me *pointing at S4*: sucker's got a V8.
dad: wait what?
me *points at V8 badge* : see that
dad *shakes head* : crazy.

I've been looking for the price to be released. IMO $66K-$71K is about where I'd expected. The A3 3.2L can top $41K with options. And the A3 is a 'Golf-sized' car.
My problem is not exactly how much it costs, but rather it's still a small car (inside). I did a look around on the web, and at least by the tape it's about the same (interior) size as the civic sedan ~90 cubic feet.
And here's the thing, a 750i starts at $71K.
I know price and size do not mean everything, but dropping $66K-$71K for a 'civic sized' sedan when you can get a CTS-V for ~$50K. Hard for me to justify the RS4.
Another way to look at it is a Legacy Spec.B (I know it's not in the same league as the RS4 but it's not a bad performer at all), well the Spec.B costs half the base RS4 and includes nav etc..for the same price as a loaded RS4 I could buy a Legacy spec.B and a Boxster.
