i have no doubt on the performance though, that's always going to be bmw. just like no matter how ugly the 5 series is, it drives like heaven when you need the performance

Here are a couple scans from the accessory brouchure with the aero package installed. I don't think they're reposts.
I love the front and the rear is ok, but I am not feeling the spoiler. I think I will probably get the aero package minus the spoiler. I might put an aftermarket cf lip on or something.

Also, I just looked up compression ratio, and it is 10.2:1. While lower than they're typical N/A engines, this is not as low as many turbo cars running higher pressures are. I'm think a safer boost to chip this car to would be around 9-10 more than 15. For example, my C70 runs 11.3 lbs stock and has an 8.5:1 and cast iron sleeves in the cylinders.
Are they bringing this engine in the sedan? It may change when I see it in person, but I definitely like the sedans looks over the coupe.
I'm sure this is going to be one very fun car to drive. A 5 series with this motor would be great as well!

Mine came out to be 47K with ZPP, ZSP and navi. that's 10K more than my IS350

As for pricing, my 335i would be $48,095 usd (prem, sport, leather, ca, nav); a comparably equipped IS350 would be $44,350, so 4k extra for the BMW in my case. Worth it? We'll see. Still waiting on CAD pricing here. If current US -> Can pricing is any indication the 335i will be ~50,995 base CAD (2k more than is350).

some of the option packages lack content, $2450 for leather, compass, garage door opener, power folding mirrors, that shouldve came with the car already. At least the upgraded audio and power front seats are standard on the 335. Power seats a $995 dollar option geez, very stripped down

Strange but it looks like the car comes with a sports suspension to begin with? The sports package does not list suspension changes other than wheels. Interesting.... I seem to remember the old coupe coming standard with a sports package at one time. With two kids, I don't do much coupe shoping these days....

As for the options packages being sparse; I seem to recall a recent Lexus release that charged for Xenons. The BMW may charge a lot for things like power folding mirrors and (stupidly) metallic paint, but things like dual adaptive xenons, logic7, and sports suspension standard and $500 CA make up for it. These prices are pretty much right where they should be, imo.

Prices are pretty much as expected. About $5000 more than a similarly equipped IS350. So the 335i sedan will probably be about $4000 more than a similarly equipped IS350.
