It you feel the need to slap a Lexus front end on a truck then to each his own.
BUT, to include the Lexus badging is just blasphemy.

Because there're plenty of ignorant (about cars) people that will be like,
"That's a Lexus? Hmm, I don't really like it." "They shouldn't build trucks."

Well there's one way to kill the Lexus rep... put it on a POS S10. It looks nicely done, but it's just wrong in so many ways...

A few years ago, Lexus (via a modified Toyota Estima) had a minivan known as the Lexus Estima that was going to be sold, but I don't know what ever happened to it.
