My mother has a lexus and she has taken it before to have service done, and they gave her a loaner car until it was done. Has this happened to anyone else? I have heard before they lexus has great customer service and just wondered if this was a regular routine for people that requested it. . .
Thanks!
Thanks!

Where I get it serviced, you get a loaner car if its half day or more of work (which mostly coincides with how much you end up spending). So oil changes which take an hour means you sit in the lobby enjoying the tasty pastries and free drinks

At my dealer you can get a loaner for any service, including oil changes. If you come early enuf (before 11:00 or so) you'll get a Lexus (an ES or RX), after all the Lexus loaners are gone they have a deal with the next door rental agency to provide cars, usually Camry's. They do charge $5 for gas (not per gallon, $5 total, no matter how much you use) but it's a nice service and well worth it.

I bought my IS250 at the lexus of glendale... and they claim to have over 100 loaner vehicles. I'm actually goin in on Thursday to get some rock chips and a huge key mark repaired. It's only going to cost my $100 to fix it all too. Luckily they have a great protection package I got. I reserved a loaner vehicle... I'm hoping they give me one with Navi, since I cant navigate throughout LA without it for crap.

I get a loaner for all services i get done. I just schedule a loaner when i schedule the appointment. They could careless giving out a loaner keeps the customer out of their hair and you get to drive a new car.....
Just ask the worse they can do is say no.

I always get a loaner from my dealer... Going there on Friday actually to take care of the seat belt recall... Keeping my fingers crossed hoping for an ES350 loaner
