I like the headlights: they're very distinctive. The profile is a bit dull, and I hate side body moulding. The front bumper has some weird bumper guards. 
But this looks more like a true five seater compact performance sedan, more than the IS. I swear, the IS needs to be a coupe...

According to website numbers, after conversion, the 3.0L supercharged 3GR-FSE makes 319HP and 303 lb-ft torque! Plus, looking at the interior pics, part of the centre console is leather stitched.
Overall, very very nice car!
EDIT: In the "impressions" part of the website, there is a video of the car, and what appears to be the chief engineer talking about it. You also hear the supercharged 3GR-FSE engine rev up, it's a very free revving engine, and sounds spectacular!
