IMO more performance oriented cars or cars with suspension tire mods should have higher speed limits than other cars. Why should my modded prelude share the same speed limit as an H2 which I can outbrake, outcorner, out stabilize

how the heck do you plan on the law enforcing this? it would never, ever happen. in fact, one could also make the argument that modded cars are more likely to drive irrationally, street race, etc. if they had a higher speed limit and because they had modified cars. it would probably cause a lot of road rage too, especially if one person was allowed to go 85 and others had to go 55 and they couldn't pass.

this is very nice man, hopefuly it's sign that they will change the speed limit for all states soon...... seriously 65mph was set about 10 yrs ago, it's time to up that again.... at least here in cali, unless there are traffic jam, who the hell goes 65mph..... i can't almost press on the gas too hard before the car goes 80....
