What was your worst accident that you managed to walk away from and laugh at in hindsight?

Here's mine:

I think the car rolled over twice and we must have left the highway around 75 mph. Luckily, no one got hurt. Go Toyota! If the radiator wasn't leaking, I think we could have rolled her over and driven her home. I'm sure the damage would have buffed right out

 

Uhhh worst was when i didnt have my license and drove my dads van over a parking block (concrete thing?), and then hit another van.......i was stunned....

you know i've had TWO dreams with the same exact camry crash.

my mom drives the sky blue ish V6 Camry (prev. gen) and i've had two dreams where i roll it on a right hand bend... -.- (just last night as well)

No need to worry about crashing in a Camry. They're designed very well. I am still shocked that no one was injured in the accident. 75 mph and flying off a 10 ft drop with so so damages. I'm still amazed.

broadsided in my 400h...police report came back, the guy was going 50ish

crushed the passenger side, hit so hard crushed the center console....son of a *************************************************************

 

My first car was a 1989 Pontiac Grand Am, which is a very small and compact 2 door car. I got broadsided by a Lincoln Navigator that was going 50 MPH (I was probably going 10 MPH) in December 98 when they had first come out. Basically, the driver side of my car was in my center console by the time it was done.

 

In my 1989 Camry.

Entered the 91 Freeway, and the lane would exit in a quarter mile. I checked my left blind spot, and the guy in front of me hit hit brakes. I looked ahead when I heard the tires squeal and was about to hit him. I swerved left, and hit the guy in my blind spot. I spun out of control into the next two lanes of fast moving traffic to my left. Luckily, I did not hit any other car. The whole left side of my car was crushed. The other car I hit was totalled (one of his wheels ended up in the center lane), but no one was hurt.

It was so traumatic that I could smell that burnt rubber smell of the tires for a couple of days. Anyone else have a similar "flashback" sensation?

Mr. Magoo (oldman) cut me off on a wet road and my Acura CL went right into a telephone pole. No injuries thank goodness. Repaired the car and sold it.

 

I walked away from a car that looked like I should be dead. I wasn't driving...i was a back seat passenger. We crashed into an accident that happened like 2 secs in front of us and then the 1980 something Cadillac Deville rear ended us. The car was a sandwich when we got out. The back seat was pushed in big time.

 

Getting thrown off of a motorcycle years ago at age 23...fortunately at very low speed. I went off an embankment and got thrown into a creek bed. The experience shook me up and I had to hobble around with a cane for a few days, but I healed up with no problems. The experience so profoundly affected me, though, that I haven't touched a motorcycle since.....to this day they scare me stiff. I stay with cars instead.
