Please check back for details regarding the 2006 Taste of Lexus. For more information on Lexus or to locate your nearest dealer, please visit www.lexus.com. This is all we have to go by for now but should be only a month or two before we here more.

I will ask my direct contacts at Lexus and AMCI to see if Taste of Lexus is even scheduled for this year. If there is no budget alotted for this particular event, you probably will not see one this year.

I would think that this year would be an EXCELLENT opportunity to showcase the New LS and New ES, much the way the New IS got a showcase last year at the Taste of Lexus. I imagine that this was a primary consideration in the event design, given that the emphasis was on the 'performance edition' and online signups were used to get younger people in.
If they were to showcase the LS/ES this year, I hope they'd go back to the older invitation-based format from 2004 etc. Bring in the older, more reserved clientele for a nice demonstration.

i agree this yr is actually good (if they do it later in the yr) to go with the new ls460. and the es350 is taking off, while they can continue to use a bit more PR on the GS and IS
