I got a sick feeling in my stomach when I read your reply to my first statement. THAT was the furthest thing from my mind. If you must, I was referring to model years of the cars and the ability for these companies to pimp a ride without spending too much money for the actual ride.

It's just amazing how much money must have been spent to achieve... THAT.

The first has 26" rims and has to state so on the window in case you didn't notice the red trash can lids with strips of rubber around them.

The third with the 'Lambo' doors - jacked up ride, custom paint job... must have cost a bundle.

I guess if it makes the owners happy, but I suspect not.

The whole "proclaim your wheel size on the c-pillar" thing has got to stop.

Hmmm .... actually, I'm going to go buy some cardboard and cut out a big 16" sign and paste it in my window and see what happens. Maybe I'll get recognized.

I haven't seen any company logo'd cars around here. It's probably an ATL thing for the moment.

It's not about making sense - it's about getting noticed. This is just one more way to do that.

I go to car shows all the time and half the cars there don't make sense to me. Imports racers /american hot rod / audio laiden cars etc. all of which are done up in various ways some of which are very appealing and well most aren't IMO, this is just another expression. Its all for show and to get attention which I'd say they've done quit well at.

I see Red Bull Suzuki's all over Miami on a weekly basis. Not sure if there's one, or a fleet of these things but they see it/them all the time. Both X-90's (remember those?) and Vitaras. Kills the utility of the car with the GIANT Red Bull can on the back but hey. .

Usually driven by young girls. Must be some corporate sponsor deal. Been seeing them for years.
