Wether or not you know how to drive is not the question here.... accidents can happen regardless of how good of a driver you are, and there is no excuse for putting someone elses life at risk in the process. Just look at the number of accidents in NASCAR and many other professional racing events... those people obvisously know how to drive (they wouldn't be professional racers if they didn't), but they still get into accidents. When I first got my license, my pediatrician asked me, "are you a good driver?". I of course responded,
Yes, I am." His response? "Well no matter how good of a driver you are, remember that everyone else on the road is absolutely nuts. Only until you can learn to deal with that will you be a good driver."

The people in that video are crazy. They may have survived through the antics that they pulled in that video, but how lucky will they be the next time they try that? If you're cruising down the road at 60 mph and about to change lanes to the right, and some idiot is weaving in and out of traffic and nails you at 90 mph while you're changing lanes, then your opinion might be a little different. (this actually almost happened to me... I avoided this accident by mere seconds.. scariest moment of my life) I have absolutely no respect for the people that do these sorts of things.

I agree 100% with 'gsfour'.... doing it on the track or a deserted road is one thing... but to pull these kind of antics in traffic while putting others lives in danger is completely idiotic... and to be honest, I wouldn't care if someone doing this was seriously injured or killed...


Sorry to go on such a rant but I have extremely strong feelings towards people who street race... wether it be on residential streets or the highway...

imo, the only idiot was the bmw driver, he instigated, and got demolished.

what does a nascaar driver have to do with this topic. put a nascar driver in the rs4, and things could have been worse. driving in a uncontrolled environment, requires more skill, than driving with other so called professionals.

IMO the RS4 driver is also a bit of an idiot for getting into the race.

 

I think this is a M5 vs RS4 by the title. Is the RS4 an Acura? And I can't tell which car is which.

the blue wagon that it was racing against is an Audi RS4 Avant. Its not an Acura.

well i have seen this video before, and i forgot where it's stated, but the car was an m5. imho it really got beat by the rs4 good

Well, in the video, there are cars typical of the former Soviet Union. So, I can't say that it is specifically from Moscow. I'll have to ask my wife (who is from Kazakhstan) and see if she can tell.

 

deffinetly russia or lets say former soviet union, but i cant make out the city from the plates on traucks or busses.

 

Saw that video on here roughly a year ago. If I were driving down the road and had these fools fly around me like that, I would be certain to follow him to where ever he is heading and then proceed to beat him to within an inch of death for endangering myself and all those other drivers on the road!
