iPod poised to kill already unprofitable satelite radio?
#18
I have had Sirius since January and cannot live without it. I just bought the yearly subscription so you just pay once a year which helps you forget you have to pay for it . I will never own an IPod. I don't have the time to sit and download music and I can't stand people walking around with those stupid ear buds stuck in their ears all day. Satellite radio will not go away. The radios and broadcast technology will continue to get better. If I want to hear a particular song or artist, I just program it into my Streamer and it will let me know when that song or artist is playing. I listen to Howard all morning and then go to the many music stations the rest of the day. I think the Ipod is a young persons technology. I would imagine anyone over the age of 40 does not and will not own an Ipod.
