Default American Contents in Cars - some new data . . .

The Level Field Institute released new data attempting to assess the amount of American parts in cars sold in the United States.

The organization's list, weighted by sales:

BMW - 10%
Chrysler Group - 78%
Ford (domestic brands) - 78%
GM (domestic brands) - 74%
Honda/Acura - 59%
Hyundai/Kia - 3%
Isuzu - 17%
Mitsubishi - 36%
Nissan/Infiniti - 46%
Subaru - 26%
Toyota/Lexus - 47%
Volkswagen/Audi - 4%

Well how do you explain vw/audi??? 4% vs 3%^^^

So does MB uses any USA-DXC parts at all?

small percentages are probably the car battery and other things it doesnt ship with (cant think of anymore)
