Indeed. Their new lineup is quite amazing and it's great to see them offer multiple editions of a particular nameplate with different drivetrain configurations. Toyota's getting confident in Lexus and it seems it wants to match the Germans one-for-one.... well, almost one-for-one.

Supposedly they are trying to build even more brand buzz, and we will continue to see new things from them on a regular basis!

I think its great they are releasing more new product just as long as it doesnt crowd dealers with too many carsand they dont build anything to heart there image.

Yeah no kidding lol. Not to mention all the other "regular" Toyota models - Camry, FJ, Yaris hatch/sedan, RAV4, Avalon (05), updated Prius, Sienna, 4Runner and goodness know how many other models in Asia and Europe.

Forgot the GS300AWD...a truly superb machine.
It and the new Acura RL are on the 10 Best list of cars I ever reviewed.

Two upcoming models that will REALLY excite us is the next SC and Lexus Super Car (whatever it may be called). Can't wait!!!

The new SC is rumored to go back to the longer sleeker proportions of the first gen but with even more prescence (think BMW 6 series, but a lot better looking )

Yes, Lexus has done a great job on sedans of late.

I guess the next wave will be the SUVs... the LX, GX, RX, JX...

I hope so. I was actually at the dealer last week getting serious about an LX, and I was totally turned off by how "old" it seemed. And despite the new product onslaught, there is nothing compelling me to buy any of the new cars. The LS600hL might do it, but only if you can get the back seat as a bench. And the so-called supercoupe might do it; the current SC sure doesn't.

Not to sound like a hater, as the new cars are wonderful, but there's just nothing there that makes me want to trade in my 8+ year-old Acura!

If you are not satisfied with any of the new Lexus models, check out the new Acura RL. If you can get over its Accord-like styling ( which, IMO, there is nothing wrong with ) it is a superb machine. For 45-50K I'd buy one in a heartbeat...though of course that is a lot of money to put into a car.

It wont stop, ever. Previously Lexus didnt get enough resources to have same kind of turnaround as Toyota, but they are now up to the same levels.

So in the future, expect 3+2 year development schedule for most models.
